WHAT YOU NEED TO START
  • Ink Cartridge
  • Rubber Pad
  • Cap Opener
  • Push Pin
  • Ink Bottle
  • Tissue Papers
  • Ink bottle cap

Refill Method:

1. Locate Ventilation Hole
Remove cartridge from printer according to printer manual. Located the ventilation hole on the bottom of the cartridge.

2. Place the Rubber Pad
Remove paper from magic rubber pad and place firmly onto cartridge. Be sure the hold of the rubber pad is exactly over the ventilation hole of the cartridge and securely in place.

3. Poke a Hole with Push Pin
Tap the top of the inkbottle so no ink remains at the top portion. With push pin, puncture a hole at the top of the inkbottle.

4. Squeeze and Fill
With the refill hole upright, insert the top of the inkbottle into the hole of the rubber pad so it rests against the ventilation hole of the cartridge. To refill, gently squeeze the inkbottle for 3 second then release. Repeat this process until the cartridge is full. (Approx. 1 inkbottle for 1 cartridge)

5. Test the Cartridge
Remove the inkbottle and wipe off excess ink on the cartridge. Gently press the print head onto a piece of tissue paper. If ink stains on the tissue paper, it is ready for use. Replace cartridge into printer according to printer manual. If ink is leaking excessively, refer to step 6.

6. Suck Air from Cartridge
Squeeze out the air from the empty inkbottle and re-insert the inkbottle into the rubber pad hold and release. This will extract the air from the cartridge into the inkbottle and prevent the ink from leaking. If no ink stains on the tissue paper, refer to step 7.

7. Shack the Cartridge
Wrap a piece of tissue paper over the print head, hold the cartridge with the print head facing downward and shack the cartridge a few times in order to shake out the air from the print head. Test on a piece of tissue paper again. If there is no ink, then the print head may be clogged by dried ink, use SEPOMs Print Head Liquid Cleaner to dissolve the dried ink.

CAUTION!
  • To Preserve unused ink, cover inkbottle with cap and store in a dry, cool place.
  • Do not allow cartridge to dry out by printing.
  • If printout of text or image is not complete, you may need to clean head.
  • Purchase SEPOMs Print Head Liquid Cleaner for head cleaning of dry ink.
