Refill Method:
|
- Remove cartridge from printer according to printer manual.
- Tap the top of the ink bottle so no ink remains in the top portion.
- With pin, puncture a hole in the top of the inkbottle. (Fig. 1)
- Place the cartridge upside down, so the ink drop hole is pointing upwards. (Fig. 2)
- Align tip of ink bottle against the ink drop hole on the cartridge. Make sure that the ink drop hole is upright (Fig. 3)
- Gently squeeze ink onto the ink drop hole, one at a time. Drop until the absorption speed of the sponge slows down. (Approx.40 drops) Caution: Do not drop excessive ink to avoid color mixing. (Fig 4)
- Remove ink bottle and wipe off excess ink from the cartridge.
- Place cartridge upright for 1 min to ensure no leaking then insert back to the printer accordingly to printer manual.
- Note: If ink leaking excessively, it may be due to over-filling. Place the cartridge upright on a stack of tissue paper to absorb excess ink from the ink drop hole.

CAUTION!
- To preserve unused ink, insert cap pin into the top of the inkbottle, and store in a dry, cool place.
- Do not allow cartridge to dry out. This may clog the print head and affect the print quality.
