Hi, I am a current user of your refill for Epson S020047. no doubt, the refill ink is very good. But I think it will be even better if SEPOMs can produce a water-resistant or pigmented ink version of this refill much like you have for Canon and HP :)

Your website is great and well organized! I even get to know all the locations to get your product very fast from your website and your service. I had even been to the World Book Fair '98 to take a look at your stall and it's great. Your products are incredible. They are cheap, no leaking and refilling are quick and fast. I think it is user-friendly and can cut down printing costs. My daughter, who prints copies of her bi-quarterly newsletter is also happy as she doesn't have to pay so much to print the newsletter. The product benefits everyone in my household. I also wish to be informed about where I can purchase the ink, it would be better if it was in western S'pore.

I find that your company's web-page is really very well written as it truly puts across the information so needed by us as end-users. This is where I can find out all the info in relation to the print cartridges (refills) that is available at a touch of a button. This is really wild. The colours used is very nice to the eyes as it is neither too bright or too dull but what I like is that now there is one company in Singapore that really pride itself in supporting the green program i.e. to Recycle rather than purchased new and I am someone who has been using refills for all my cartridges for many years. Also most of those that are currently on sale in the market us user friendly (tools provided not only damage the cartridge but the instructions provided is rather vague) and since your company has been established years ago...

It's nice to know that we have a local company here in Singapore that produces refill inks for Lexmark printers coz it's really difficult to find it and most computer shops doesn't carry this label....After trying your product I would say that I'm very satisfied with the results of all my printouts especially when I'm using it to print images...
